Friday Craft Class: Gabo Gabo!

We’re continuing with Thanksgiving theme this week.
Let’s make a turkey with paper!

The class is for 2 to 5-year-old children.

Come and check out our new Lego Class with our wonderful instructor!

Class Description:

In this pre-school age class, children will learn to sing along to the story “Over in the meadow…” They will practice color and number recognition, all while building the animal characters from the book. Join us for a fun-filled introductory course!

Thursdays, 10-10:45 a 5-week pre-school class for 3-5 year-olds focusing on the book “over in the meadow” Children will learn the song and do corresponding animal builds each of the weeks (11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18)

Tuition: $90 for the series 

Thursdays, 3:30-4:30 a 5-week school-age class for children 6+ focusing on Gadgets, Gizmos and More! Children will learn the basics of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math while building LEGO machines that make art, sounds, and inspire awe. Same dates as above.

Tuition:  $130 for the series

Instructor: Oona Gilles-Weil

Oona Gilles-Weil studied childhood development and conflict resolution at Bennington College. She brings over 14 years of experience working with children, youth and families through educational and community based programs. She recently left the non-profit sector, after managing the school linked programs for Alameda Family Services, and launched Alameda Bricks 4 Kidz. Bricks 4 Kidz is an international program that finds innovative ways to teach young children about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math, all while using LEGO Bricks.
